Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Bonnie was an interior designer for more than 15 years. She was also involved with marketing for a title company. “Thanks to my title background, I know what is needed to close a loan in a timely manner,” she explains. “My interior design background and experience with builders provide a unique insight into my customers’ needs. I understand their excitement as well as their concerns during the purchase or construction process.”
Bonnie is proud to be a member of the Public Bank team. The bank specializes in construction lending and offers clients a wide menu of products including construction-to-perm, conventional, FHA and VA loans. They also work with a number of governmental agencies to offer first-time homebuyer programs. The Public Bank mortgage department has a combined tenure of more than five decades and offers superb customer service.
Bonnie is currently a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women, the Women’s Council of Realtors, the Home Builders Association of Central Florida and Toastmasters International.
